What we collect, and why

Email addresses submitted through our footer form or choir rehearsal sign-ups are reserved solely for choral recordings, worship concert announcements, and Dayton sanctuary community updates.

• check_circle Zero Third-Party Marketing: We refuse ad networks, sponsored spam, or data broker integrations.
• unsubscribe Single-Click Unsubscribe: Every seasonal dispatch contains a straightforward, instantaneous removal link.

To safeguard financial stewardship, all digital offerings and donations are processed directly through certified external services: PayPal, Cash App, and Venmo.

Important note: Financial offerings to Soundz Of Pure Delight are accepted as goodwill support of our community vocal ministry and are non-tax-deductible unless explicitly specified on formal event receipts.

Administrative systems powering choir rosters, scheduling, and portal management are isolated behind session encryption and strict credential access.

Only ordained ministry directors and accredited choral coordinators are issued login credentials. Access logs are audited periodically, and automated lockout mechanisms mitigate unauthorized credential harvesting.

We do not track you across the web. Our website operates with an intentionally minimalist technical footprint designed for accessibility and speed.

Youth choral workshops and junior vocal ensembles represent the rising voice of our community. The safety and privacy of minors is an unconditional covenant.

We never intentionally gather identifiable web records from children under thirteen without explicit, documented parental or guardian consent. Photography from public worship recitals involving youth is carefully curated and promptly removed upon parental request.

You retain complete autonomy over any personal info or petition history you provide to us. You may request deletion or amendment at any moment without justification.

As our ministry introduces new liturgical recordings, choral convocations, or fellowship tools, this covenant may be amended to reflect revised procedural steps.

Material modifications will be noted on this screen alongside an updated version timestamp. Historical copies remain archived at the Dayton ministry office for public review.
